Club rules

In order to create an optimum and safe learning experience, the following rules and convention should be adhered to:

Safety – students should:

1. always bring water to training
2. remove jewellery and watches, as these can cause injury
3. keep feet and hand nails short and rounded (not sharp)
4. long hair should be tied
5. not enter the training hall without an instructor present

Courtesy:

1. Students should bow coming in, and leaving the training hall
2. Students should not play games before or after the lesson in the training hall
3. Late arrivals should wait at the side until the instructor allows the student to join the class
4. Parents of younger students should ensure that they have been to the toilet before the class
