The club teaches ITF taekwondo to children and parents, primarily in English.
Taekwondo is a sport and a martial art, combining full-body exercise and balance, with life skills for children:
- Confidence
- Respect
- Self-control
- Perseverance
- Dealing with bullies
Classes are open to all children from 5-years old, as well as parents who would like to share the experience.
Term dates 2023
First term: Friday 13th January to Friday 31st March (no class on 24th February).
Second term: Friday 14th April to Friday 23rd June.
Third term: Friday 8th September to Friday 15th December.
When / Where?
Classes are held on Fridays from 17:15-18:15 and 18:15-19:15 during school terms, at the specialized martial arts gym: GN Sport Center, in Pozuelo de Alarcón.
What to bring?
New students should wear loose sports trousers and a t-shirt, as well as bringing some water.
